How, and not what

In most cases of strains or misunderstandings in any relationship, it is seldom what we say that creates the rift. It is, in most cases, the way we say it. If we watch the way we put things, even the most unpleasant things can be communicated effectively.

Taking efforts to communicate well in any relationship is a vital part of its sustenance. Or so i feel.

I totally agree with you sir. Many a times arguments & misunderstandings sour the relationship even though people love each other. Lot many times we are hurt because of some words of our loved ones, though they didnt come out with an intention of hurting us. Its the way they speak what hurts us.
We must think before saying anything as it may hurt others' feelings. Words once said cannot come back..
